About

Dr. G doesn’t just treat pain—she traces it from its point of origin, and connects the dots.

Physical pain is often the last chapter of a much longer story. Behind every frozen shoulder, migraine, gut issue, or chronic illness is an untold narrative of emotional wounds stored in the body. Anxiety, depression, and mental health struggles aren’t just in the mind—they’re physical patterns trapped in the nervous system. Healing has to happen where the pain actually lives: in the tissues, the breath, the fascia, and the bones.

This is a place for healing at the root.

Physioenergetic Therapy® integrates physical rehabilitation, trauma healing, and energy medicine to help you reconnect with your core, restore safety in your body, and come home to yourself. Whether your pain began after an injury, a heartbreak, or something you can’t name yet—the body holds the map. When we stop separating the physical from the emotional, we begin to unlock real healing and lifelong transformation.

Is Dr. G a Good Fit For Me?

If you've been living with pain, confusion, or the sense that your body is holding more than just physical symptoms—this work is for you.

Dr. G works with people navigating chronic pain, mental health struggles, nervous system dysregulation, trauma (past or generational), substance use disorder, autoimmune conditions, mysterious symptoms, and life-altering diagnoses like cancer. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, shock, or the effects of childhood trauma—especially when conventional medicine hasn’t brought answers—Dr. G specializes in uncovering the emotional and energetic root behind painful symptoms. Her work offers a new path forward: one that includes your story, your body, and your soul.
